MMP is currently in the construction phase, acting as the primary consultant for expanding the existing Edgewood Estates apartment complex located in East Kildonan. The project is comprised of two new apartment towers overlooking the Red River, with the North Tower being phase 1 and South Tower being phase 2. The North tower (as seen in the photos above) will stand at 15 stories and contain 224 residential units adjacent to the north end of the existing 70 Whellams Lane building. The South tower will stand at 15 stories and contain 180 residential units.

Each floor of the new North tower will contain 16 residential units varying in size from 600 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft., 5 one-bedroom suites and 11 two-bedroom suites. Suite amenities will include full appliance packages, private patio/balcony area, 8’8 ceiling heights and in-suite laundry facilities. The building orientation and its location on the Red River will allow for 70% of the units to have unobstructed views of the river on the south and north sides of the building.
